A revolutionary filter element that allows to guarantee effective absolute filtration.
The filter is designed to force the oil to pass through a 114 mm-thick filter element.
Since the larger particles stop in the upper part, the filter becomes an excellent diagnostic tool; by opening the housing cover you can view the upper part of the filter element and taking into account its appearance and the type of contaminant present, you can draw the first conclusions regarding the condition of the system.
The lower part is compressed by an external layer of cardboard, thus creating an even finer filtering layer.
In this way, the filtration becomes not only of depth but also progressive.
The cellulose filter element also absorbs water, consequently reducing the ppm value of water in the oil.

All TRIPLE R filter elements are multipass tested and guarantee consistent and reproducible filtration efficiency.
The range of filter elements is available in four sizes: 30, 50, 100 and 300, in various types of material and in two different configurations: standard and double stage.
- Green print: M series - absolute 2 µm
- Blue print: E series - absolute 3 µm
- Orange print: X series - absolute 5 µm
- Red print: D series - double stage - upper absolute 5 µm + lower absolute 2 µm
- Yellow: 10 µm WG 100 and 5 µm DWG 100 series for water and glycol
- White: WE 100 specific to absorb water (900 ml per element)

all the TRIPLE R cellulose filter elements, in addition to perfectly filtering the oil, are able to absorb a certain quantity of water that varies according to the type of element; for applications with higher needs, TRIPLE R offers a special WE100 filter element to absorb up to at 900 m. of free and emulsified water present in the oil.
